The ADC Purpose

The Auburn Diamond Club supports development of the Auburn University Baseball Program and especially to include the young men on the team. The ADC encourages game attendance, sponsors hospitality activities, a fall Coaches banquet, and a pre-season Team Recognition banquet; away travel is facilitated, and an internet news network is provided to keep members informed. The Club assists the program in conjunction with the AU Athletics Department and Compliance Offices. A large percentage of the ADC budget is dedicated to direct financial support of the Baseball Program.

The Auburn Diamond Club was founded during the 2001 season. The founding member's intent was to gather together Baseball fans to collectively support the Auburn University Baseball. The ADC has grown from an initial group of 12 fans to an association of more than 400 (and growing) members. A first step was to meet with former Head Coach Steve Renfroe. He offered his support and outlined his objectives: make Plainsman Park the best venue for college baseball in America, qualify to host regional and super-regional tournaments, and get to the College World Series.

The ADC is an Alabama non-profit corporation which operates with the coaching administration and the Athletic Department. ADC is guided by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The annual meeting is held in conjunction with the annual Players Recognition Banquet.

Anyone interested in supporting Auburn baseball is encouraged to join. Dues are modest: Individuals $30, families $40, Patrons $150. Businesses or Individuals may sponsor for $300 per year. Patrons and Sponsors make a significant difference in the level of support ADC provides to the Auburn Baseball Program.
